We're always pleasantly surprised whenever we open up a new shipment of Rickard banjos. Their Dobson model has been one of their top sellers and this maple version is spectacular. The Dobson model also features an 11" rim, 25.5" scale, frailing scoop and antiqued brass hardware (to go with that Dobson-style tone ring). Wonderful, old-time cluckiness, and a fat note attack -- retained even when the banjo is played muted with a cloth inside the pot. Priced with Superior brand hard case.

Inspect it, play it, and if it isn't right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or one-time exchange. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, and the buyer covers shipping both ways.
