We understand that purchasing a quality instrument can be a big decision. Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Please note the following policies, and reach out to us with any questions.

Exchanges & Returns INFO

1) ON ARRIVAL
  • Upon delivery, please inspect your instrument thoroughly
  • If you discover any damage or defects not mentioned in the product description or prior communications with our team, contact us immediately
  • We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction

2) EXCHANGES*

Not the right fit? You may make a one-time exchange of an online purchase for an item of equal or greater value.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of order delivery
  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer
  • PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges do not qualify for free shipping offers

3) RETURNS*
  • Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges

Please note: Some purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. See below for details.

  • If you would like to initiate a return either email, call, or text us within 48 hours of the order delivery
  • Please provide your order number and reason for the request
  • Once approved, we will issue a UPS return label which will allow you to drop your instrument off at any UPS Store or Customer Center

*PLEASE NOTE

  • Returned or exchanged instruments must be in original condition.
  • Please reuse the original packing material you received from us, and make sure to include all accompanying materials, paperwork, and any accessories.
  • Please leave instruments at full string tension (This is especially important for archtop guitars, banjos, and mandolins.)
  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.

FINAL SALES: NON RETURNABLE & 48 HOUR TRIAL PERIOD EXEMPT ITEMS

The following are considered final sales. These purchases do not qualify for our 48-hour approval period and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Any item marked "Not Eligible for Return" on its corresponding descriptions page
  • Custom orders
  • Discounted items
  • Sales involving a trade
  • International sales | Sales outside of the continental U.S.
  • Items played and evaluated in our showroom prior to being ordered online and shipped  
  • Instruments modified at the buyer’s request (e.g. pickup installed, strap button added, banjo spikes installed, etc.)
  • Amplifiers
  • Electronics (Pickups, Effects Pedals, Recording Interfaces & Related Gear, Microphones, Cables)
  • Accessories & Apparel
