At just fifteen, inspired by Merle Travis and later Earl Scruggs, Rick Shubb's musical journey began on guitar, then quickly led to a lifelong passion for the banjo. Everything changed when he collaborated with a student to create a fifth-string capo, which led to designing a breakthrough guitar capo, solving tuning issues and revolutionizing the playing experience.
