"We hold each other to very high standards which is easy when you work with your brothers. We’re super honest with each other, and that has contributed to the high quality of the guitars."
~ Frank Brothers (via Fretboard Journal)
Founded in 2014 by twin brothers Tim and Nick Frank alongside their older brother Jon, Frank Brothers Guitar Co. has spent the last decade building some of the most recognizable boutique electrics coming out of Toronto.
Tim and Nick run the bench, both lifelong builders, with an obsession with quality that runs back through the family. Jon handles the business side.
The lineup centers on the Arcade (a double-arched solid body with the brothers' signature blended heel), the Thinline Arcade, the Arcade Ultra Light, the Signature Model semi-hollow, the Sonar, and the Radar Deluxe. Players including Trey Anastasio, Ed Robertson, and Clay Cook have made Frank Brothers guitars part of their working rigs.
The Music Emporium has carried Frank Brothers since the early days of the brand - an introduction we owe to a tip from master builder Joseph Yanuziello. We've been glad we listened ever since.
Built by Hand, Family-Style
Founded and run by three brothers in Toronto, every guitar is made with obsessive attention to detail by the people whose name is on the headstock.
Design-Forward Builds
Frank Brothers guitars strike a rare balance between modern design and vintage soul - refined, elegant, and instantly recognizable without sacrificing tone or feel.
Playability Meets Personality
These guitars play as effortlessly as they look sharp, with hand-carved necks, premium components, and a tonal palette that suits players who want something truly their own.
