Using Damian Probett's equally cool Meteor model as a jumping off point - think set neck Tele - the SG-Teor folds in, you guessed it, some SG-isms via the top carve and the slim body profile.

UK-based Damian Probett is considered by boutique fans to be one of the finest electric builders working today (count us in that camp). His name regularly appears in conversation alongside the likes of Johan Gustavsson, Gil Yaron, and Michael Stevens. With that lead in, you can imagine why we're thrilled to take delivery (again) of this unbelievably cool SG-Teor (we'd originally sold it last year).

Using Damian's equally cool Meteor model as a jumping off point - think set neck Tele - the SG-Teor folds in, you guessed it, some SG-isms via the top carve and the slim body profile.

Hallmarks of a Probett guitar include its impeccable build quality* and playability. His attention to detail is remarkable and once you sit with one of his guitars, you get it. All of this 'sweating the details' leads to one result: an extraordinary instrument that's effortless to play, responds immediately to your input, and sounds fantastic plugged in.

To be sure, Damian's talents as a builder don't overshadow the most important aspect of a great guitar - does it have any vibe, any soul, any character? Do I want to make music on this thing? Yes, yes, and more yes. We've said it before, but this is what separates the builders from THE builders. Folks who are capable of producing near flawless instruments that are infused with musicality and soul. Think about it - that means you have to have mastered wood working, fret work, finish work, setups, etc...that's a remarkable feat for one person, especially when we're talking guitars at this level.

Ok, sure - we admit, we're gushing. Hit the add to cart button and tell us we're wrong....we'll wait.
