As with every Mowry we have encountered, this A offers an understated beauty, and is very finely made, with everything in its right place sonically and aesthetically.

Wonderful Mowry A5 just in! We are dealers for Mowry's octave mandolins but whenever we can score one of his mandolins or mandolas, we jump at the chance. With top-shelf build quality, a wonderfully full, open sound with great depth, and a clean, lovely aesthetic, there is a lot to love here. This particular A has a big, woody voice. Single notes have excellent body. Frankly, it rivals instruments with much higher price tags. Kudos to Andrew on a stellar A model!
