It's nice to see a Froggy Bottom guitar with this much age on it! This 1999 K has just come into the shop for consignment (on behalf of the original owner). It's a big, open sounding guitar, with a thin lacquer finish that's had 24 years to settle in. The tone is drier than we might've expected, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a big-bodied strummer that can still be versatile enough to project when played fingerstyle.
Condition: overall, we'd rate it "very good." The guitar has been played for more than two decades, and shows the minor wear (pick scratches, small dings) that one would expect to see. The finish also shows the expected signs of age, and has settled into the wood nicely. The neck has just been reset at the Froggy Bottom shop; and their builders also filed and crowned the frets. The price includes its original Ameritage hard case. On consignment; shipping calculated at checkout.
