If you're looking for a Jazzmaster with vintage soul and modern playability, this one’s ready to go - on stage, in the studio, or straight to the living room amp for a late-night session.
Timeless offset style, reimagined for the modern player. This Fender Custom Shop 1967 Jazzmaster brings serious vintage flair in a beautifully aged Walnut lacquer finish, complete with a matching headstock - an undeniable classic. The two-piece select alder body is paired with a plain-grain maple neck and a round-lam rosewood fingerboard, dressed up with bold poly pearloid block inlays. The look? Utterly dialed.
Tone-wise, the hand-wound flat pole Jazzmaster pickups and vintage wiring deliver everything you'd want from a great JM: crystalline highs, sweet and focused mids, and warm, blooming lows. Clean tones are full and chimey - like a Strat with a bit more meat - while overdriven tones lean beautifully lo-fi, with just the right amount of grit.
The RSD Jazzmaster bridge and floating trem make this one of the most playable offsets we’ve had our hands on. You get that unmistakable Jazzmaster feel, but with improved stability and a subtle nod to Tele-style snap—great for players looking for versatility without losing character.
Rounding out the build: a comfortable '62-style "C" neck, 9.5" radius, 6105 frets, 3-way switching, and a parchment 3-ply guard. It ships with a deluxe hardshell case, strap, and Certificate of Authenticity.
