TME is happy to offer the 78th Collings archtop guitar; and if you've spent any time on the Collings website drooling over these unobtainable works of art, this guitar might look familiar.
The AT-17 represents the pinnacle of Bill Collings' work as a luthier: these instruments were made by Bill alone, and exhibit the most decadent appointment level in the Collings archtop lineup. This particular guitar is perhaps the most high-profile AT-17 ever made. It's fully wood-bound, with a gorgeous, full-body tangerine sunburst finish, and it's outfitted with a Collings-installed floating pickup.
The guitar was inspected, setup, and buffed by Aaron Huff (Bill's protege) at the Collings factory in 2020 and has seen very little use since.
A historically-significant and beautiful-sounding instrument that'd be the jewel in any Collings collection. Priced with deluxe Karura fiberglass flight case.
