We can't recommend this guitar enough if you are looking for an archtop but never bonded with a larger guitar.

The Buscarino Starlight is a 14" hollowed out electric guitar that offers a big sound in a smaller size. This model has a warm, rich, mid-forward unplugged/acoustic voice which makes practicing sans amp, couch playing, or anytime you don't want to plug in a breeze.

Plugged in, this guitar sounds gorgeous - complex, fat, warm, articulate. Almost like a combination of really nice, lightly built archtop crossed with a touch of Tele and Les Paul. While huge sounding, this guitar never drifts into overdone or mushy territory. Like a great archtop, there's always a touch of acoustic mixed in with the electric tones.

The neck is reminiscent of a crossover nylon string. While a little wider than a standard electric guitar, making complex chord voicings easy to fret, it is very comfortable to play on for extended periods and feels great if you love wider neck carves.
