Wonderful sounding Weissenborn Style 1 hanging in our vintage row! Nice, light figure to the koa, a little more going on visually compared to other Style 1 instruments we've seen. Most importantly, that incredibly unique, vocal Weissenborn tone is all there: the liquid midrange, vocal trebles, and sustain...well, you know.
This instrument comes to us in very good condition, free of cracks, and the tuners are in good working order. There are a few dings and light wear and some spotting in the interior, possibly the result of moisture decades ago. The endblock has been fitted with an output jack and mini plug cable for those who want to add a Sunrise (or other) pickup.
Priced without case.
Every instrument is thoroughly checked and set up before shipping fully insured via UPS with tracking to your door. We reuse boxes and materials to cut waste when they meet our protection standard.
Inspect it, play it, and if it isn't right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or one-time exchange. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, and the buyer covers shipping both ways.
