Weighing in at 7lbs 2oz, this super-Strat flavored Drop Top is a lightweight, well-balanced, lively guitar. It radiates quality from the moment you pick it up - the build is immaculate and just beckons you to plug in, crank the amp, and go.
The satin finished, "even taper" is a highlight and reminds us a bit of an early/mid-60s Fender with regards to depth and overall shape. Played acoustically, there's a ton of resonance, sustain, and projection even without the aid of an amp. Plugged in, a really cool, distinct voice emerges - one that covers quite a bit of ground thanks to a 3-way switch and a push/pull for splitting the pickups.
Condition: Like new save for some light tarnishing on the pickup covers.
Like all Anderson's we've played, this is an exceptional instrument that will make any modern-leaning player happy for a long time to come. Priced with original hardshell case.
