At first glance, this well cared for SoCal G/T looks like a Tele-style build with custom pickups. But look closer, and Ron Thorn’s signature craftsmanship and engineering becomes obvious. Highlights include his proprietary "hidden" fret ends - cut precisely to fit the fret slot and eliminate fret sprout - and a 2TEK bridge that delivers enhanced clarity, articulation, and resonance by isolating each string.

Functionally, the 2TEK also gives you Strat-style access to the high E string - no traditional Tele bridge plate lip to get in the way. Combined with Thorn’s own pickups, the result is a guitar with vintage sparkle and modern muscle. Clean tones have that crisp '50s Tele snap, while the mini-humbucker in the neck adds warmth and depth without sacrificing clarity.
