Condition: this is a factory relic, with what Pre-War describes as a "Level 2" distressing (all the wear, scrapes, finish scuffs, etc., that you see in the photos was done by the builders when the guitar was made). There is no other significant play wear put in place by the previous owner. There's a very small amount of fret wear visible in the first position, though it's not very significant.
