This Martin OM-18 Authentic 1933 Ambertone has just come into the shop on trade! One of our favorite models of the last 20 years, the OM-18 Authentic exhibits the lightness of build and fat, woody responsiveness also exhibited by (you guessed it) a bona fide 1933 OM-18. This particular guitar is an excellent sounding example of the model, characterized by terrific balance, and the dry, woody "pop" ideally suited to flatpicking higher up the fingerboard. A slam dunk for anyone looking for a pre-owned OM-18 Authentic!
Condition: very good, plus. The guitar shows faint pick wear on the pickguard (which is under the finish), and two or three pinhead sized dings on the back. None of the wear is unsightly; and most players likely would never see it without refracted light. It's also worth noting that the previous owner had this guitar signed by C.F. Martin IV (in ink, on the inside of the guitar). Priced with its original hard case.
