This 1981 Martin HD-28 has just come into the shop on trade! It's the second time we've had this guitar, having sold it to the owner when it was new. It's been extremely well cared for; and the setup hasn't moved much at all. Why buy this one, when there are beautiful new HD-28s hanging in the showroom? Sound. A guitar with 40 years of time to age, stretch, and dry out naturally just has an openness that no new instrument will match; and that quality is a lovely thing to experience. Condition: this guitar remains in very good shape overall, only showing mild signs of playwear (and the owner hadn't played it in years when it came in, so it's been sitting in a case for a while). It's been freshly setup in our shop, but it didn't need much. This is a great-sounding option for anyone in the market for a used D-28. Priced with its original hard case.
