Description
As a Martin Custom Shop Expert dealer, we're excited to begin experimenting with Authentic build features on some models we've long wished to see in Martin's top-tier lineup. Yes, Martin made an OM-45 Authentic in extremely limited quantities; but this new TME spec'd OM-45 Custom Authentic aims to get as close as possible to period correct -- without using Brazilian Rosewood. Please click the 'Specs' tab for the full rundown, but suffice it to say: we're knocked out.
This guitar has the booming, rich sound you'd expect, alongside that nearly impossible to capture woody responsiveness that's such a big part of the allure of a vintage guitar. If you've longed for an OM-45 Authentic, and you're the kind of purist to whom small details matter, this is as compelling an option as there is -- and it's a guitar that offers the sort of tone fit for a heavyweight match with anything else on the market. Priced with Custom Shop Authentic-style case.
