This Martin Custom Shop 12-fret dreadnought has just come into the shop for consignment! Made with Sinker Mahogany back & sides, a Red Spruce top, and Golden Era bracing, it's somewhat of a throwback to the storied 12-fret dreads of the 1930's (without going full "Authentic" on the spec sheet). The sound is excellent: wide open, full bodied, and powerful, with great clarity and fatness across all the registers. Looking for a 12-fret dreadnought? We're not sure there's one we can recommend more strongly!
Condition: this is a pre-owned guitar, which has been played sparingly since it was first purchased. There are a handful of faint marks on the pickguard -- the kind you'd associate with normal use. Similarly, the top shows mild pickwear when examined in reflected light. The frets in the first position show light wear, but they're otherwise clean. Priced with 5-ply Martin hard case. On consignment.
