This 1995 Martin Custom Shop 000-12 fret is somewhat of an outlier from its period. There weren't necessarily lots of traditionally-styled 12-fret guitars coming out of Nazareth in the 90's; and the world hadn't yet embraced the traditional music revival the way it did in the post-O Bother Where Art Thou? era. This guitar has a remarkably full, robust sound, with the warmth and dryness only 30 years of time can impart. It's also beautifully constructed, featuring style-42 abalone purfling and a "Torch" headstock inlay.

Condition: overall, we'd rate it excellent. Although this guitar has been played, it remains remarkably free of any noticeable cosmetic blemishes. The structure is 100% sound, and it's been freshly setup in our shop. Only its naturally-patina'd top would let you know it's nearly 30 years old. Priced with its original hard case. On consignment; shipping calculated at checkout.

Pre-Owned Instruments | Have Questions?
We take great care in accepting only the highest quality pre-owned instruments for resale in our shop, then carefully photograph and describe each instrument to ensure what you see on our site is exactly what you'll receive. Many of these instruments carry subtle signs of handling that can escape even the most discerning eye, so if you have questions about the condition of this instrument, we invite you to call us for an in-hand description. We're always happy to help!
