In recent years the Lowden F has become perhaps a very popular model here, perhaps even eclipsing the mighty O. Much as we still love the classic jumbo O, the F offers that signature Lowden tone and feel in what many players find to be a more comfortable package.

This F-22C has a mature, full voice, the Red cedar top imparting a dark immediacy to the tone, and response, aided by the clear, fundamental-forward mahogany back and sides. An ebony fingerboard, five-piece, mahogany & rosewood neck, rosewood bridge, bone nut and split saddle complete the materials.The appointments remain understated: figured maple binding, wood soundhole rosette and purflings.

This guitar comes to us in very good overall condition, and includes the original, deluxe hard case.
