We just received our first TME-spec Tomahawk, and we cannot get over how amazing this guitar is!

This Tomahawk model is arguably the most original design in the High Spirit lineup. A slim and lightweight solidbody with asymmetrically pointed double cutaways remind us of some of the great European and Japanese electrics from the 50s and 60s, but with a much higher build quality and distinct level of craftsmanship. Think USA made Fender but with a more hands-on and dialed in feel.

The slim carve C neck - one of three carves offered by High Spirit - is reminiscent of some of our favorite early and mid 60s Fullerton offsets. Comfortable and quick with a nice taper, but not too small.

Custom wound "Hot Dog" pickups are Connor's own take on a P90, with a smooth and dynamic response well suited for clean and gained up tones. The custom made bridge and tailpiece really speak to the dedication of the build and tie the whole aesthetic together beautifully.

The custom made acrylic "Dalmatian" pickguard and control plate elevate the aesthetic, creating a wonderful contrast between the Surf Green finish and the rich rosewood fingerboard.

Simply put, the Tomahawk models are fun, inviting guitars that offer simplicity without sacrificing tone and playability. At this price point, you might not find a better valued bolt-on electric on the market.
