The Tomahawk models are fun, inviting guitars that offer simplicity without sacrificing tone and playability. At this price point, you might not find a better valued bolt-on electric on the market.
This High Spirit Tomahawk is just one of the few we've had done with a Mahogany body and we're in love with how it came out!
It's sporting the newest headstock variant that gives a nod to some of the 1960s Kay electrics mixed with some mid-century Japanese influence. The neck is made of Mahogany and has a nice dark Ebony fingerboard, with a Medium C carve that reminds us a lot of '63-'64 Gibson electric necks.
Custom wound "Hot Dog" pickups are Connor's own take on a P90, with a smooth and dynamic response well suited for clean and gained up tones. The custom made bridge and tailpiece really speak to the dedication of the build and tie the whole aesthetic together beautifully.
The simple black plastics and pickguard give this Tomahawk a very sleek look, not too dissimilar to an SG Special or old Epiphone Wilshire.
