A wonderful example of a mid 60s ES-175 with excellent sounding pickups and a great neck!

1964 Gibson ES-175D in original Sunburst finish, complete with a great sounding set of original Patent # humbuckers!

This is a great example of Gibson's premier electric laminated archtop model, with all of the desirable features of the era such as a wide 1 11/16" nut, twin Patent # humbuckers, and a great playing neck.

It's been lovingly maintained throughout its life, retaining much of its original parts. The original Kluson tuners are included in the case, but a set of repros are currently on the guitar for increased functionality. A custom-carved Rosewood bridge is currently installed, but the factory ABR-1 bridge is included along with a set of brass saddles that replaced the original nylon saddles.

The guitar includes a late 1950s Lifton hardshell case that has had some of the original leatherette covering replaced on the top lid, but otherwise functions well.
Condition: Vintage. Fully inspected and set up by TME staff before it ships or leaves the showroom.
