Description
This used Custom Shop 70th Anniversary Broadcaster combines meticulously executed period correct features with a refined modern build quality and player-driven specs that make it an absolute top tier Fender in every way.Predating the now historic Telecaster, the Broadcaster was Leo Fender's first dual pickup electric model. The Broadcaster features design specs that are now famously associated with early 50s "Blackguard" models. These Custom Shop examples feature handwired pickups, a select 2-piece ash body, and an early 50s neck carve that feels like it was hand shaped 70 years ago.
The Journeyman Relics are arguably some of the best looking and feeling guitars that the Custom Shop has been putting out. Tasteful relic treatment with wear in all the right places really drives home the authentic vibe and contributes to the feel of playing a well loved instrument.
Looks. Feel. Tone. It's all here.
