This killer-sounding 1965 Epiphone Cortez is just into the shop on trade! The Cortez is a sleeper -- dare we say, bargain? -- of a guitar for anyone interested in a small-bodied instrument with which to enter the vintage-guitar fray. Here we have an almost perfectly-kept example of the model, in very clean condition. It's a very dynamic-sounding instrument, capable of a lot more power than one might think. The voice is dry, woody, and crisp all at once -- one of the best deals in the vintage section of the shop!

This guitar is in very good vintage condition, meaning it shows the expected lacquer checking and various scratches and dings consistent with 60 years of usage. The neck angle remains healthy; and our shop's recent setup has it playing beautifully. Priced with its original grey & blue chipboard case.
