This Collings OM1A Custom is part of a limited run of instruments dreamt up by Bill & Co. a few years prior to the unveiling of the "Traditional" line ~ and it shows their commitment to a more lightweight & responsive guitar built in the mold of a golden-era flattop as far back as 2012. This is, essentially, a standard series OM1A "light build" with some vintage-style cosmetic touches (rosewood binding, through saddle, etc.). True to its promise, you know you're in for a treat the moment you pick this guitar up (did we mention it's light?). It delivers maximum horsepower under a flatpick, and sings sweetly when played fingerstyle. If you've wanted to love an OM1A Traditional, but miss a little of that old-school Collings bite, this may well be the guitar for you. Overall condition is excellent: it shows very little evidence of handling, and exhibits no significant cosmetic blemishes or fretwear. With its original TKL hard case.
