This very handsome Collings MF Deluxe just made its way into the shop on trade, and it is a fantastic example of what makes Collings instruments so special. With elegant and understated appointments, this satin-finished MF Deluxe packs plenty of power, with the same build quality and attention to detail found in their fully appointed F models. The dry, woody low-end balances nicely with chimey trebles and strong mid's, providing excellent string definition and a satisfying bluegrass chop.  

A recent build, this mandolin has been well cared for and presents very cleanly. There is one small area near the pickguard where the satin finish has developed a light shine, but it blends nicely with the rest of the finish. Playability is excellent after a fresh setup, and the frets are in great shape with minimal wear in the first position. Priced with original TKL hardshell case.
