As far as semi-hollow electrics go, the I-35 is about as good as it gets. Rich, warm acoustic qualities married with great sustain and clarity make it one of the most versatile electric guitars out there.

Why We Love This

We've had a similar spec I-35 LC in the shop before, and we were blown away with the look! The tortoise binding pairs really well with the rich cherry burst, lending towards a more sleek and "custom" vibe. Another great testament to Collings' unmatched craftsmanship and finish work.

The Lollar Imperial humbuckers (low-wind) deliver vintage PAF tone in spades with the added benefit of a smidge more clarity in the top end and midrange (to our ears). Achieving clean jazzy through overdriven rock tones is a breeze.
