Rare Collings CJ in all-mahogany construction! With its short scale length, and closed-in, vintage-style sunburst, this guitar reminds us of a Banner-era mahogany-topped J-45 (albeit with a significantly crisper tone). This is a great buy for anyone in the market for a singer-songwriter style dreadnought. It's a warm, subdued backdrop for a vocal when contrasted with the standard, brighter Collings voice. Overall condition is very good: there are minor scratches from regular play on the top, but the guitar presents beautifully and the wear isn't visible outside of very close examination.
