We're always thrilled to have a Mark Campellone guitar in the shop. With nearing a half century as a luthier, Mark long ago earned his place among the greats in archtop lutherie.

The quality of Mark's builds is immediately evident. Gorgeous woods are coupled with excellent finish work, fretwork, and setup. The low action and comfy neck carve make the fastest jazz runs and/or tricky chord work feel effortless.

Acoustically, this guitar has a very lively, balanced tone with loads of sustain and punch. This is a very "alive" feeling instrument, as with all Mark's guitars that we've had. Plugged in, the floating pickup delivers fat, warm yet, articulate tones.

The Standard model is Campellone's most straight-ahead, understated aesthetic. It remains a remarkable value in a handmade, top-shelf archtop guitar.
