Description

The Studio Series takes the already fantastic T-Deluxe model and strips it down...in theory at least. There are still quite a few deluxe appointments that make you feel like you're getting a hell of a deal without sacrificing what makes the standard T-Deluxe so great.

For example, this gorgeous California Blonde Studio Series T-Deluxe features a lightweight 2-piece ash body with a satin nitro finish over stain, a one-piece maple neck, Kluson tuners, Asher Bluesbucker and Tweed T pickups, 1-ply pick guard, and a passive tone switch (mini-toggle). And, it weighs 6.5lbs?n Come on!

The setup, playability, and build quality are fantastic. The Studio Series has a more hand-made vibe, namely in the finish, and we really love it. It's a very resonant, lively, and ultimately musical guitar. We were scratching our heads a little while playing it - this is the stripped down version? Plays and sounds as good as any T-Deluxe we've ever had. Hats off to Bill for not cutting any quality corners while offering up a guitar at a lower price-point!

Condition: Near mint (the guitar is lightly relic'd by Asher).

Simply put, this is a killer guitar and a great introduction to Asher Guitars and the T-Deluxe model. Priced with deluxe Mono gig bag.
