This gently played Martin Custom Shop D-28 Authentic has just come into the shop on trade! Sporting a Stage 1 Aged finish, this version of the model is incredibly powerful and open sounding, with tremendous volume and thickness in the low-midrange. This is a bluegrass guitar with traditional voicing and modern flexibility, thanks to the Custom Shop's addition of an adjustable truss rod. And this particular guitar is an excellent sounding example of the model.

Condition: we're not sure anyone would be able to distinguish this guitar from a brand new example, since the finish is intentionally distressed. The guitar has been kept in a local client's home since we sold it when it was new; and there are no significant cosmetic blemishes or fret wear. For an aged guitar? We'd call it excellent condition all day long. Priced with its original hard case.
