Why We Love This

What we have here is Iris Guitars' take on the iconic Roy Smeck model. Thanks to the long, deep, slope-shoulder body, careful top voicing of the Adirondack spruce top, and a thin nitrocellulose finish, boy have they nailed that huge, sky-is-the-limit open, 12-fret dread sound. Lightweight, with a quick response that is all the more impressive in a large-bodied guitar. We love the look and feel of the satin finish in sunburst too!
