This is one of the better examples of a Wildwood Spec Fender Custom Shop Strat we've ever seen!

This 2010 '62 Stratocaster Heavy Relic was part of a limited run of strats featuring Brazilian Rosewood fingerboards, something that Wildwood only offered from 2008-2012. The predominantly pre-CBS Fender feature has long been a desired element of a vintage style Fender that often can't be found outside of original examples or high end boutique builds, so it's always a treat to see such a well-done CS reissue outfitted with these fingerboards.

The hits don't stop there, though. We'd be remiss if we didn't call attention to the ludicrous-level flamed maple neck supporting that wonderful Brazilian slab board. Come on! As Heavy Relic finishes go, it's about as tasteful and well-executed as it gets. Overall feel and playability is excellent!

The original Tortoise pickguard was replaced with a mint green pickguard that softens up the look but still retains a period-correct aesthetic. The original guard is also included should you decide to put it back to stock form.

Anyone looking for a vintage-vibe Strat ripe with top-tier features shouldn't pass this one by!
