Description
Modeled after the famed "Century of Progress" guitars, built for the 1933 World's Fair, in order to display what a guitarmaker could do with pearloid and celluloid, this Fairbanks F-20 is a pleasant reminder that Mr. Fairbanks can make a super clean guitar when he's asked to do so! Essentially an L-00 body with maple back and sides, this "Century" model boasts a warm, detailed sound that makes it nearly impossible to put down. And man alive ... just look at it! Insanely beautiful tonewoods, a gorgeous satin finish, and a to-die-for sunburst make this an instrument with possibly even more visual appeal than the historic guitar on which it's based. This wonderful guitar is priced with a TKL case.
