Circa 74

El Cajon, CA

“I wanted the elegant aesthetic appeal of a piece of finely crafted furniture. Something that looks great in a living room or at a wedding reception or wine bar. And wanting to use our wood resources in the most responsible way.”

~ Bob Taylor

If you know Bob Taylor, you know his love for fine woodworking and great sound. So when he decided to turn a stash of guitar-grade tonewoods into an acoustic amplifier, he called in a few trusted collaborators - pro player Terry Myers, electronics wizard Tyler Robertson, and master woodworker David Judd - and got to work.

With no deadlines and plenty of creative freedom, the team ignored the over-engineered trends of modern amps, relying on their ears and curiosity instead of lab readings. The goal? An amp that could handle both acoustic guitar and vocals with analog warmth, vintage-inspired smoothness, and none of the high-end harshness common in acoustic amps.

Two Input Channels

The amp features convenient 1/4" and XLR (mic) inputs, each with independent channel level, volume and EQ controls that let you play and sing at the same time and mix acoustic guitar and vocals on the fly.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Bluetooth connectivity also alows you to play along, sing along, or just listen to your favorite tunes.

Mahogany Amp Stand Included

The stylish furniture-quality mahogany amp comes with a matching mahogany stand that gets your amp off the floor and your audience engaged. The surface is slightly angled for optimal projection with routed footholds that secure the amp.
