Why We Love This

There's still something about a great Collings Brazilian Rosewood dreadnought that none of their other guitars quite equal. The power and clarity in the low end, the three-dimensional shimmer, and the snap & projection of the treble strings are simply unmatched. This guitar would check all the boxes for anyone interested in a Brazilian Rosewood Collings; and its setup and playability are excellent as well.

Although Brazilian Rosewood is no longer available as a tonewood option on a new Collings guitar, this 2005 D2H may be the next best thing. It's in very good overall condition, only sporting a couple minor top dings consistent with these last 17 years of use. Its surfaces are still shiny, and there are no major scratches, cracks or other blemishes. Priced with its original TKL hardshell case.
