My choices for having $10K to spend? One double neck please!
In all seriousness, taking into consideration what is available, I'm making this a wish list based on what's currently in stock.
For me in particular, having been here many years when no vintage electrics were available, acquiring a great vintage electric would check a dusty box so that's what I'd focus on.
I'd want to split the $10K and purchase two $5K-ish instruments rather than one super expensive one. Ideally, an old J-45 or J-50, and an under the radar Epiphone Casino from the 60s...although...I'd be tempted to splurge on the right 60s Cherry 335 or same period SG...
Why those? Vibe - and - I also don't have anything like them (I've mainly owned Strats, Teles, Les Pauls, Martins, etc...).
Needless to say, given the breadth of our inventory, you'd have to flash the closing lights on me to get me out of the store! This is a tough game!
