Korean-based Moollon initially broke into the US market years ago with their beautifully engraved effect pedals, but lately their basses and guitars have gained the reputation of being a "best kept secret" due in part to players like Tim Lefebvre (David Bowie, Derek Trucks, Wayne Krantz), Jeff Schroeder (Smashing Pumpkins), and Michael Thompson (session player who's played with everybody). 

What's really impressed us is just how much this T-Classic feels like an old Tele, specifically the neck carve and the way it resonates like a 50s Tele (thanks to its Ash body). At 7lbs 6oz it's an ideal weight, and the addition of medium jumbo frets and compensated saddles brings in some appreciated modern touches. Beyond that, the playability, tones, and feel fall into the aforementioned vintage camp. 

Condition: Very good+. The nitro finish is sinking into the wood like an old guitar, there are a few dings along the edge of the body and on the back, a bit of light fret wear.
