The already great 1937-style D-28 platform, with the addition of an aged nitrocellulose lacquer finish, gets the player that extra tick closer to the real thing: this guitar is more open, more responsive, and more complex sounding than anything else built in its style. And while the look of a relic finish may be a somewhat divisive topic, we like to remind our customers that the thinness of this finish is what's really important.
