Looking for a Les Paul style guitar? For our money, this Guild Bluesbird is your ticket. It's easily the best bang-for-buck guitar in the shop right now.

Why you ask? Excellent build quality, playability, tones, and aesthetic. Bluesbirds trace their existence back to the 50s when Guild developed the M-75 Aristocrat, later renamed the Bluesbird. As you might guess by looking at it, Guild intended the Bluesbird to be their answer to the Les Paul.

What makes these guitars differ from a LP is their slightly larger chambered body, deeper cutaway, and slim neck profile - which is to say, they have their own distinct feel which we, and a very passionate group of Guild collectors, love. There's something elegant about Guild's design language that suggests blues or jazz and not just 'crank n go' rock n roll, which this guitar can certainly do (and who doesn't want to do that from time to time, right?).

Condition: Excellent. Only light signs of prior ownership present. Knobs changed to top hat style, originals included.

As we mentioned above, these guitars punch way above their weight class. If a twin humbucker style guitar is on your want list, we'd strongly suggest hitting that add to cart button now! Priced with hardshell case.
