Description

If you're reading this, we're guessing you're familiar with Michael Greenfield's stellar reputation; so we won't bore you by singing his praises again. However, finding one of his archtops in the wild is extremely rare (and he doesn't currently offer them for custom order). This Newport sports a 15" lower bout and feels about as ergonomically comfortable as an archtop can feel. It's got a lovely, silky smooth feel and tone; and would make a contemporary jazz player a fine lifelong companion. Even though it's ten years old, it looks nearly new (it's safe to say the condition is near-mint). Priced with custom made Calton Case. On consignment.
