Description

Charlie Derrington is known for producing some of the finest mandolins in Gibson's history, and this one is as fine an example as they come. This particular instrument has all the woody pop Gibsons are known for, and a chop that could cut through glass. At a glance, you can see this one has seen its fair share of jamming with some minor nicks here and there and some finish wear on the neck (see photos), but it remains in strong structural condition. It sets up just as it should with room to move up and down on the bridge, and the frets have plenty of life left. Derrington Master Models don't pop up every day, and we are sure he'd still be proud of this one. Priced with original hardshell case.
