Description

Few guitars have such an instant impact on electric guitar aficionados than a Les Paul Custom. This well loved example from 1996 proves just that - 'Black Beauty' stylings, block inlays, and gold hardware give the iconic single-cut a level of class not many can compete with.

But what's looks without tone?

Thanks to the original set of Gibson Classic '57 humbuckers, this LP Custom has all the great tonal characteristics we've come to love in a modern built Les Paul. These medium output pickups have great clarity with a nice punchy midrange response, and sound great clean or overdriven.

Condition: Very Good. Light/moderate fret wear in the first few frets, a few small dings on the body, and some buckle rash and contact wear throughout. Gold hardware is in great condition with some light patina mostly on the Grover tuners. The original pickups were once removed from the guitar and then put back in, keeping the original gold pickup covers quite clean. The original Nashville bridge was replaced with an exact replacement due to bridge collapse. No breaks or structural repairs.

Priced with original brown Gibson hardshell case.
