2014 Gibson Custom R9 just into the shop on consignment! This isn't your every day Custom Shop Les Paul, however...

This R9 has been given the full makeover treatment by JamCity Guitars, which includes a rebuild with hot hide glue construction, period-correct nitrocellulose refinish in Cherry Sunburst, installation of a gorgeous Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard with era-correct nitrate inlays, and some of the best humbuckers available on the market - Throbak JW102Bs.

Jim Weyandt of JamCity performs some of the best vintage and modern conversion work on the market, and this example is no exception. This LP has some amazing resonance and sustain coupled with a near-perfect electronics package that goes right for that late 50s LP tone.

The top has some incredible flame in the Maple that pops with the Cherry Sunburst finish. The Brazilian board is a stunner as well, and check out those nitrate inlays! This LP not only plays the part, but it looks it, too!

Paired with its original Lifton hardshell case, original Gibson Custom case candy, COA, tags, and JamCity paperwork.
