We have to admit- we haven't seen a Thinline Telecaster quite like this one!

This 2019 Fender Custom Shop Wildwood 10 Thinline takes the concept of the late 60s Fender semi-hollow Telecaster and gives it a little bit of the Esquire/Junior treatment. All of that great single-coil magic is retained along with addition of the airiness and resonance of a semi-hollow. The Lollar Gold Foil - a later but welcome addition - has a beautiful shimmery quality that complements the instrument really well. Lots of jangle and sparkle with more of an openness in the response compared to, say, a true Tele bridge pickup or P90.

The neck is something to (be)hold. With its highly flamed, roasted large C/U carve (think Broadcaster/Nocaster profile), it feels substantial in-hand but not fatiguing, and it most certainly playing a role in the liveliness of the guitar. The Wildwood spec stuff always seems to have a little bit extra going on, and this Thinline is no exception.

Condition: Excellent. The Heavy Relic treatment makes finding additional play wear almost indistinguishable outside of some light fret wear. Setup is great and playability is fantastic. The high E tuner is very slightly bent but functions properly.

Priced with original hardshell case.
