We’re continually impressed with what Bill Comins has achieved with the Guitar Craft Series. These guitars feel fantastic in hand, are incredibly easy to play, and deliver the tones every jazz player is after. For anyone who’s been putting off stepping into the “jazz box” world, consider your excuses gone.

The build quality is outstanding (especially for an archtop in this price range), the setup dialed in, and the slightly chunky-yet-fast neck carve strikes that perfect balance we love on a great archtop.

Plugged into a Victoria 20112, the GCS-16 comes alive with warm, round, punchy tones that practically beg for your best Wes licks.

Simply put, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better archtop at this price. Bill knocked it out of the park.
