Plugged in, the Throbak SLE101+ humbuckers deliver classic ES-335 tones. Similar to a Les Paul, but more complex and open sounding. Depending on your technique and rig, you can pull Fender-like twang, classic Gibson overdriven tones, or warm, smokey Jazz tones out of these guitars.
