The first Brondel acoustic guitar we sold was an A-2 in "Plum Pudding" Mahogany and German Spruce. And if it seems like we keep coming back to that model, well, we do. Talk about things that 'just work' ~ the combination of German Spruce and Mahogany yields a beautiful mix of woody fundamental and crisp, detailed overtones. Coupled with Brondel's expert work as a craftsman and setup artist, this is a guitar that feels limitless to the modern player. Whether you want richness, clarity, brightness, warmth...it all feels readily accessible. And Brondel's laminated bracing & pronounced top radius ensure plenty of midrange power and projection. In short: a great-sounding guitar, with lovely playability, that's capable of handling any style of music you've got to throw at it. Priced with Hoffee carbon fiber case.
