Here's a very gently used example of "The Coupe" from Bourgeois Guitars! The "Coupe" offers players interested in the warmer, fatter sound of a 12-fret guitar and the playability contours of a 14-fretter a very compelling option. The addition of a cutaway can momentarily fool you into thinking you're playing one of Dana's "Soloist" models (an OM, with a cutaway). But the voice of "The Coupe" is noticeably different: warm, warm, warm, without the stridency or edge sometimes found in a new guitar. This particular guitar has been babied by the previous owner, and remains in excellent condition -- with no significant cosmetic blemishes or fretwear. Priced with its original hard case, this instrument will appeal to fingerstyle players looking for rich, detailed tone and the playability of a short-scale guitar.
